The process
One stop.
Complete solutions.
Most jobs use three or four of our services together. That is why the same trailer shows up under sandblasting, engineering and powder coating — it is one sequence, not five line items.
- 01
Strip
Sandblast back to bare metal. Every bit of rust, old paint and scale comes off before anything goes on.
- 02
Repair
Cut out the rust, weld in new steel. Plasma cutting and press-brake bending in house, so panels, floors and frames go back to full strength.
- 03
Protect
Rubberlining, powder coating or a full repaint, chosen for the job — abrasion and chemicals, or a hard colour finish.
- 04
Return
Back on the road, back in the pit. Finished, fitted and ready to work.
