The problem
A set of magazine boxes gone to rust in the sun. A trailer that still works but looks ten years older than it is. A rim that came back off the road scuffed to the metal. Paint is the part everybody sees.
What comes back
Stripped, prepped and sprayed in the colour you asked for. The prep is the job — blast or sand it back, get the rust out, and the colour has something to hold on to.

Rusted magazine boxes, then finished and lettered in signal red.
What we repaint
- Trailers and truck bodies, full colour changes
- Explosives magazine boxes and site equipment
- Rims and wheels sprayed to colour
- Plant, frames and fabricated steel
- Anything blasted back that needs a colour rather than a lining
How it is done
- Blasted or sanded back first — paint over rust is money wasted
- Colour matched to what you already run
- Lettering and reflective tape put back where it belongs
- Chassis and underside done at the same time while it is apart

More repaint from the yard. Every job we have photographed, with the before and after where there is one, is on the projects page.

The rest of the sequence
Most jobs use
three or four.
That is why the same trailer shows up under sandblasting, engineering and powder coating. It is one job, not five.
Engineering
Rusted steel cut out and replaced, panels and frames rebuilt back to strength.
