The problem
Rust does not stop at the paint. A cross-member gone thin, a floor you can push a screwdriver through, a headboard cracked at the weld. Coating over that only hides it for a season.
What comes back
The bad steel cut out and new steel welded in. Floors, panels, frames and cross-members rebuilt back to strength, then blasted and coated so the repair lasts as long as the rest of it.

What we rebuild
- Trailer chassis, cross-members and drawbars
- Decks, floors, dropsides and gates
- Screening plant frames, screens and hoppers
- Headboards, hinges and latches
- Explosives magazine boxes
- Mobile unit shells, doors and thresholds
How we work
- Cut back to sound steel — not patched over rust
- New sections matched to the original gauge
- Blasting and coating follow on the same yard
- Crane and lowbed work for plant that cannot drive in

Engineering
on the yard
More engineering from the yard. Every job we have photographed, with the before and after where there is one, is on the projects page.

The rest of the sequence
Most jobs use
three or four.
That is why the same trailer shows up under sandblasting, engineering and powder coating. It is one job, not five.
