The problem
A tipper bin that has carried ore for three seasons is worn thin at the front wall. An underground mining vehicle body that gets hosed out every day is rusting from the inside. A dam that leaks. A trough the cattle have chewed the edge off.
What comes back
Thick, textured lining bonded onto steel that has been blasted back to bare metal first. It takes the abrasion, the impact, the chemicals and the water so the steel underneath does not have to.

Bare body shell, then finished in thick textured black rubberising.
Where it goes
- Tipper bins, dropsides and truck bodies that carry abrasive load
- Bakkie load bins — the most common job through the gate
- Underground mining vehicle bodies, inside and out
- Mobile unit, kitchen and office floors
- Dams, roofs, feed troughs and water tanks
- Pipe spools, chutes and pump housings for the mines
Colours and detail
- Black is standard and the toughest wearing
- Blue and grey for interior floors where you want to see a spill
- Coved edges where a floor meets a wall, so nothing collects in the corner
- Lining carried right to the threshold so the door seal has something to sit on

The rest of the sequence
Most jobs use
three or four.
That is why the same trailer shows up under sandblasting, engineering and powder coating. It is one job, not five.
Engineering
Rusted steel cut out and replaced, panels and frames rebuilt back to strength.
