The problem
Paint lifting in sheets. Scale sitting under the rust. Mill scale on new steel that no coating will ever key into. Whatever goes on next only lasts as long as what is underneath it.
What comes back
Bare, clean, keyed metal. Every bit of rust, old paint and scale comes off before anything goes on, and the coating follows on the same yard so nothing has time to flash rust.

Blasting the frame back to bare steel, then the finished plant.
What we blast
- Trailer chassis, decks, dropsides and headboards
- Screening plant, hoppers and frames
- Truck bodies, bakkie bins and mining vehicle shells
- Wheels and truck rims
- Pipe spools, chutes and pump housings
- Gates, railings and structural steel
How we work
- Back to bare metal, not scuffed and painted over
- Coating goes on before flash rust starts — it all happens on one yard
- Grit stays on our plot, not in yours
- Big work handled — a screening plant comes in on a lowbed and leaves on one

Sandblasting
on the yard
More sandblasting from the yard. Every job we have photographed, with the before and after where there is one, is on the projects page.

The rest of the sequence
Most jobs use
three or four.
That is why the same trailer shows up under sandblasting, engineering and powder coating. It is one job, not five.
Engineering
Rusted steel cut out and replaced, panels and frames rebuilt back to strength.
